“LIFE is a nursing home alternative.

Our goal is to keep people 55 and above safe at home and help them avoid nursing home placement.

LIFE coordinates medical care, provides transportation, medications, equipment, physical and occupational therapies and has an Adult Day Center where our participants enjoy socialization, games, programs and activities.

Those who qualify for Medicaid have no copayments for anything medically related in the LIFE program.”
